As a charity, we bear a significant social responsibility. That’s why we spend every euro we receive carefully. Integrity is at the heart of everything we do.
KWF Dutch Cancer Society and Pink Ribbon have joined forces. The organization and operations of both organizations have been merged.
KWF Dutch Cancer Society Code of Conduct
Our values and rules of conduct are outlined in the KWF Code of Conduct (Dutch). This code applies to everyone who acts on behalf of or represents KWF Dutch Cancer Society and Pink Ribbon. We ask volunteers and employees to endorse the code of conduct and commit to personal compliance.
Integrity Violations
KWF Dutch Cancer Society stands for acting with integrity and reliability and has confidence in its employees, volunteers, and partners. However, unwanted behavior can still occur.
Examples of unwanted behavior and integrity violations include:
- Criminal acts such as theft, embezzlement, fraud, and corruption
- Abuse of authority
- Conflicts of interest
- Misuse or leaking of information
- Bullying, such as systematic exclusion and ignoring, slander, offensive remarks, name-calling, cursing, and swearing
- Sexual and non-sexual harassment, such as physical contact, verbal and non-verbal threats, sexist comments
- Discrimination based on skin colour, socio-cultural background, gender, sexual orientation, age
Reporting an Integrity Violation
Are you experiencing unwanted behavior or a (possible) integrity violation? Please report it to the integrity-officer of KWF using the integrity-report form (in Dutch). Your report will be treated confidentially.
